Personal Therapy (Face to Face or Online)

What to Expect during Face-to-Face Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial appointment, there is no obligation to proceed if you prefer not to.  I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel about working with me. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

What to Expect during Online Counselling and Psychotherapy

Online Counselling, offers an accessible, convenient and discrete alternative to traditional Face-to-Face Therapy. It provides you with the same experience as Face-to-Face Counselling but from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office.

Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP)

Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) are employee benefit programmes offered by many employers. EAP are intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health and well-being. EAP generally include assessment, short-term counselling and referral services for employees and their immediate family. We accept referrals from these programmes and offer a specified number of counselling sessions to support employees and if necessary their spouses.
